yep was an awesome movie, the sounds were great so watching it in theaters was well worth it.

I was disappointed in how little /k/ coverage it got as a whole

I didn't really like it with the whole "it's your long lost brother, so everything wraps up nicely" deal.

it was pretty boring and predictable. there were a few good scenes but not enough to make it memorable. the second shane showed up its yeah thats his brother.

Absolutely, there's a ton of movies you could add to it, just hit character limit and figured it would provide for some entertainment for /k/ommandos spending their Sunday morning drinking some coffee and hiding from the nasty ass weather outside like me.

Josey Wales is one of my all time favorite movies though. So damn good on just about every front.

If you actually think about it, this was just part of the jigsaw puzzle theme that was going on through the entire movie. everything and every person in the movie fit into a specific spot at some point in the plot. The fact the other guy was his brother became readily apparent pretty early on, especially given the amount of character development he got during the childhood segments, such that it felt like a puzzle piece being satisfyingly snapped into place when it was finally revealed.
