>1911 DWM luger brought back by my grandfather
very cool anon, my grandfather only brought back 1 thing from the war: a bullet that was shot out of a machine gun. The downside is he left his legs behind.
as for my most prized gun, probably my great grandfathers Remington 760 gamemaster. It means alot to me when i go hunting with inherited hunting guns.

the navy luger is the best, but my fav is prob my artillery
Can't find pic. Grandpappa's 1934-1936-ish PPK make. RZM logo on it and all that, we believe he got it from when he was in charge of a neighborhood or some shit in the post war period. Good condition minus a bit of pitting, I keep it neurotically oiled since I am not sure if he did (they found it in a drawer after he passed away), fires good though one of the two original magazines causes jams so I bought a modern mecgar one to shoot with (keeping the original magazine that jams, just don't use it).
Will look for pic, have pic of my catte instead

The bit of goop by the mag release is just some frog lube. I'll get CLP next time I go buy ammo

I normally dislike how 22lr guns look but that's a high quality beauty right there.

I have a Webley Mk VI I bought on a whim.
Wanted one for a while and managed to talk the guy down to $800 which was about what I'd been seeing them go for and this was in nicer condition.
Then I get it home and look at the markings.
It's a 1915 Brit with all matching numbers and a nice (used but not abused) bore. It even had the original split latch spring as opposed to the later bent one. Sadly I opened it once and it snapped and about took out my eye. One day I'll atone for my sins and get an accurate spring but for now, it's gonna be a bent one.
It was owned by someone who actually knew how to take care of a firearm because the lead in the vote was minimal and while there was holster wear, it was well kept on the finish that doesn't normally get touched by hands or holsters.
Sadly no pics right now.

Most prized? The lever action my grandfather left me.
It isn't my most valuable firearm, but it is the one I treasure the most.

It wasn't an heirloom for myself, although it will be to my son and so on. It did have quite a life before I came in possession of it. It was threaded, re-barreled, stolen, and technically returned.
