the reason it can be a problem is the steel cased ammo has a polymer coating on it and when the gun eats up REALLY hot it can come off little by little till it becomes a problem

a lot of people have different opinions on this but i usually load to 28 rounds for a number of reasons. its easier to insert them on a closed bolt and its easier on the spring if they're loaded for extended amount of time

ive had some mags loaded to 28 constantly and haven't had a problem
