It's done, they didn't capitulate (pg 12 of the thread), I paid (a reduced rate) for the replacement slide and felt supper mistreated, and as of 14 hours since that conversation I've sold 2 of 4 of my FNS pistols.

I will suffer some really shitty training scars and waste a lot of money replacing gear, but on principle I will never purchase an FNH product again - I will continue to purport their quality designs - but I will be adamant to explain why I can no longer remain invested in their equipment.
