www.offrosterguns.com

From their website...

>California Indian Tribes enjoy strong jurisdictional control and rights over their lands, including the inapplicability of certain laws over those lands.

>Our business model allows us to retail any handgun, regardless of CalDOJ Roster status. That means any handgun manufacturer and model you want. Also, no tedious 10 day wait or one handgun purchase per 30 day requirement.

>All orders require a 50% deposit, with balance due on or before delivery of your order.

They are already taking the white man's money back through their casinos, can they really also sell firearms?
>>
I hope it isint this looks amazing.

>ATF
>Caring about what California does

The ATF knows better than to start a turf war with the CDOJ over who gets to shoot whos pets.
>>
>>33253977
>We won't tell you how this is legal, but donate to us and put down a 50% no guarantee deposit and in three months we'll tell you "we tried" and keep all your money

Never, ever trust a redskin.
>>
ever hear the term indian giver op?
>>
>>33253977
It doesn't break federal law so yes its legit. Commiefornia laws are just ink on paper with no real world application
>>
>>33253977
Actually, you can get a cop or person in the military to buy you an off roster gun and then sell it to you. Cops get special brownie points from governor moonbeam.
>>
>>33254504
This

Smells like a scam
>>
>>33255462
I bet if all CA gun laws applied to cops in California we would get all of this nonsense reversed tomorrow.
>>
>>33253977
There were a ton of threads about this last June or thereabouts. Calguns has been rumbling about it for almost a year. I check the website periodically, haven't seen anything new for a while.

I suspect Moonbeam, Gavin, and Kamala are bringing some hellish behind the scenes pressure to kill this thing.
>>
>>33255566
>full house checked

I just have some fear that it's either a giant scam or a honeypot.

I don't "pre order" anything but anime figures. If this isn't 99% hot gas and 1% tobacco then super, but I'm not holding my breath.
Besides, come 2018 the roster will be empty because microstamping isn't fucking real. Something will happen then, there's just no way the SC will allow a full handgun ban.
>>
The last time I lived in California I was too young to know what gun laws were, but my assumption is that the safe handgun roster thing prohibits dealers (and only dealers) from transferring an unapproved firearm and comes with some sort of penalty for doing so. As I understand, there is no criminal penalty for a private citizen possessing an off-roster handgun. Their business model seems to include setting up a business in what is effectively a sovereign state, albeit one which exists within the borders of California: a federal Indian reservation. Because state laws have historically been inapplicable on that land, I think their idea has some potential merit.

However, comma, there's no way I'd pre-order anything from them until they were actually selling guns. For starters, CA DOJ is going to sue the shit out of them to try to force them to stop because GUNS, injunctions against operating the business may or may not be issued, and the process could very well take years. Additionally, while it may be "legal," lots of manufacturers are going to want to stay out of it for fear of incurring lawsuits from CA DOJ alleging they sent in off-roster guns unlawfully -- yet another delay.

Why does this sound like it's run by Chief Dogkiller?

Enjoy prison.

ATF is scared shitless of the NRA fucking their agency over like what happened to the EPA.

Hence why they "leaked" their proposal to loosen gun regulations and enforcement. Except their backdoor loophole for a registry, "not expiring the 4473s".
>>
>>33255597
"livelihood and profit through the repetitive purchase and resale,"

That doesn't include simply bypassing the roster, especially if there isn't any profit.
>>
>>33255773
What happened to the EPA? Did I miss something?
>>
>>33255987
Google EPA.
>>
Technically indian reservations are not a part of the United States so they don't need to adhere to US laws
>>
>>33256101

I don't know if they do in the US, but here in Canada they actually have their own First Nations passports.
>>
>>33255987
Guy that got appointed to it has repeatedly tried to sue the EPA in the past and has been very open about rolling back several environmental protection initiatives and has currently frozen all research grants currently underway at the agency. Also just came out and said Carbon Dioxide doesn't contribute to global warming. So yeah, not a very environmentally friendly guy.
>>
>>33256132
In the US indian territory is still US land. They get normal US passports.
>>
>>33256146

He's dedicated to protecting us from the environment.
>>
>>33256164

They get normal Canadian passports, but they issue their own passports as well. Most countries don't accept them, but that doesn't stop them, lmao.
>>
>>33255666
>However, comma, there's no way I'd
>, comma,

What the fuck, are you using speech to text or something?
>>
>>33255647
>Besides, come 2018 the roster will be empty because microstamping isn't fucking real.

thats not how the roster works. if its on there now and they pay to renew the gun stays on roster. there will never be zero handguns on that list. new guns havent been added in half a decade now.
>>
>>33256146
Also there's been a lot of layoffs too.
>>
>>33256214
I don't think I've ever heard of a US tribe doing that kek
>>
>>33256257
That too. EPA is basically going to be a toothless agency in a couple of years at this rate. Sucks for those superfund sites imo. Some of those places are miniature chernobyls in terms of toxicity to the land.
>>
>>33256146

>>33256259
In theory, they have that power. They can send special delegations representing themselves to the Olympics, or issue passports, and the Feds can't do shit.

In practice, the Feds don't give a shit about Native American sovereignty.
>>
>>33256146
Hahaha, EPA are crypto-marxist faggots. I'm glad they're getting rekt. The EPA can't even keep American drinking water safe, yet they want to spend billions on "muh CO2" wealth redistribution schemes. Get fucked.
>>
state governments have no jurisdiction on reservation land.
>>
>>33255750
It sure is straw purchase, and it also sure is the advice a fucking judge gave in her opinion after ruling that the roster is fine.
>>
>>33255481
But the reverse of that is true. Hell, most these laws even extend to retired cops, fucking why?
>>
>>33256146
Instead of getting all your scientific knowledge off George Clooney and CNN, read a fucking book or article for once. Carbon Dioxide emissions literally don't effect global warming. The vast majority (many factors) of atmospheric Carbon Dioxide comes off the oceans. It's a side effect of the oceans heating not a cause.

Why don't you even just read about what the greenhouse effect even is? The biggest greenhouse gas is Nitrogen ffs. Co2's greenhouse effect saturated like a hundred years ago, it doesn't just continue refracting exponentially.

The international "green" movement and the EPA's obsession with carbon dioxide is because it is a key byproduct of INDUSTRY. They are marxist faggots who want to destroy the economy because they are anti capitalist.

The irony is that when people are poor, they have no incentive to care about the environment. Poor, desperate people are the ones killing Rhinos for their horns and eating endangered birds. If we have more industrialisation and economic development around the world, there will be more resources and more people in a position to give a shit about protecting the environment. The fact that the entire environmental movement has been hijacked by these anthropogenic global warming nutjobs is a crying shame and to the detriment of real environmental protection.
>>
>>33258041
>global warming
It's "global climate change" now. Turns out the Earth has been heating up and cooling down for all of recorded history, just like real scientists were telling those STUPID FUCKING HIPPIES calling themselves "environmental scientists" 40 years ago.
>>
>>33257681
Four legs good, two legs better.
>>
>>33255933
Legally speaking someone who is exempt from the Off-Roster can only legitimately sell you one of their firearms if they no longer desire it.

They were obviously able to prove intent. Even if he was selling them at a loss, or at break even, the cop is circumventing the roster to put "not safe" guns into circulation.

If you really want off-roster guns the best way of doing it is to ask your father/mother/son/daughter to get it for you as a gift. That is legal and allowed.

You can not give them any money in exchange for it. It must be a true gift.
>>
>>33256259
There was actually an issue a few years ago of an Iroquois lacrosse team trying to come back into the US after playing a tournament in Canada and they were denied entry because they only had their tribal passports
>>
>>33257256
>Native American sovereignty.
Because it's a complete oxymoron.
>>
>>33253977
Even if it is legal for them to do what they wish on their tribal lands, as soon as you take it back into Cali you're fucked if it's not on the roster.
>>
>>33260210
Not really

People who move to california can take their off roster guns with them.
>>
>>33257256
>In practice, the Feds don't give a shit about Native American sovereignty.
Because its a total pain in the ass and they have to negotiate with the Bureau of Indian Affairs whenever some legal dispute actually gets escalated.

I don't think the Native Americans can do shit like spam new machine guns if they wanted too (but I do believe they can give some favorite tribal gun nut easy access to an FFL in terms of local paperwork, or put them in the Tribal Police).
>>
>>33256349
EPA is fucking useless (like any domestic US bureacracy) look at Flint. They just make commie laws to prevent power companies from working better.

CO2 is produced by cows and volcanos already. EPA restrictions are so bad that coal energy produces more radioactivity in the air than a bloody fucking NPP.
>>
>>33256146
>not a very environmentally friendly guy.
More like not dedicated to destroying the economy and our freedom by peddling to globalist environmentalist shills and neo malthusians.
>>
>>33260393
This. I love the adults on /k/ can talk in the morning without spergs doing their anti-/pol/ or stormfront screeching when politics get brought up.
>>
>>33260339
>EPA restrictions are so bad that coal energy produces more radioactivity in the air than a bloody fucking NPP
that has nothing to do with the EPA at all

all that is, is the carbon 13 in the coal being released
