Is there anything legally preventing me from open-carrying a bandolier of cap-and-ball revolvers? I figure there's no better defense from urban violence than 6 antiques strapped to your chest.

depends on state. Federally they aren't firearms but state-wise they may still be illegal to CC.

>CC
*OC

This probably. Many states has further legislation on handguns. California would probably still consider these handguns and be treated as such, Indiana or something probably wouldn't.

It's like the HiPoint greentext, but less gay because they're nicer guns
I'm not sure, but I certify it would look badass.

Yeah this. Do it OP.

>3 loaded guns with no safety
>all pointed at his balls
Is this what it means to live on the edge?

Antique guns are legal, ammo for them is typically not.

I'm pretty sure a bunch of .44 cal lead balls are legal. Is the ATF really gonna shoot somebody's dog over some fishing weights?

But the hammers are down.
>>33228810
Nah some dude in Jew York got arrested for it
The judge even said, "The guns are legal but the bullets aren't?!"

>s there anything legally preventing me from open-carrying a bandolier of cap-and-ball revolvers?
yes, it's called a modicum of intelligence.
>>33228866
Never mind all of that!!
>>33228826
Where the fuck do these lefty facist judges even come from??
>>33228036

They're percussion cap revolvers, with the hammer likely set on one of the notches in-between the caps. It's impossible to set one off by jiggling it, unlike if you had an early cartridge single action with the hammer down on a loaded chamber.

I remember researching this to see if the was a exemption for CCing antique firearms in Alabama and NC without a permit. there isn't but there's nothing stopping you from OC as long as your state allows OC.

Can they convict retards in america?

>what is safety notch
>what is carring on an empty chamber
