Hey,
Wanted to ask someone that may be in the "know" as to if I can use a UTAS UTS-15 in 3-gun competition shooting??? or should I stick with saving up for a Benelli/ start off with a Mossberg?
I don't see why not.
I've shot one, it was a blast. My buddy uses his for hunting. He loads one tube with bird for pheasant hunting. If he runs into a bear, mountain lion, etc -- he has buck & slugs in the other.
Well the UTAS is a Turkish piece of junk shotgun, full of issues and a complete gimmick. They constantly come back because of various failures, even though they're on Gen 4. Our store has stopped carrying them and many others are as well. So you tell me if it's good for a competition gun.

hmm... that's look strangely familiar...
>>33225590
I can confirm. I was doing 3 gun with it and had so many issues I sold it to some dumb shit shortly afterwards. Avoid.

From what I find there are mixed reviews as to the whole concept. this and the kel-tec KSG have the same "downsides" most people bring up.
I would go for the DP12 but I'm not looking for a double barrel.

>CAN I USE [thing] IN LOCAL COMP
how about you ask your local scene faggot
>>33225590
What's the story behind that gif?
what's the cheapest shotgun i can get without sacrificing too much quality?

You can stop being a poor nigger first

no u
>>33225548
It's junk, save up for the Benelli, those spaghettiniggers really know how to make a good shotgun.

Mossberg 500 is a good balance.
Mossberg Maverick 88 if you're REALLY strapped for cash.
But it's not like the Mossberg 590A1 is that expensive, and that's an excellent shotgun.

dont buy that POS theres a whole slew of youtubers who bought them to meme and the guns broke really fast.
they are shit.
however the pastamakers make pretty damn good shotguns, i would save up for the benelli.

orchestra feels.

a hawk 982
its an all steel clone of the 870, nothing but positive reviews and i have one. it was $200.
ive shot tons of buck, bird, slugs, sabots.
the only bad thing about it is the finish is shit and when you buy it save an extra 100 and get it cerakoted.

>Mossberg Maverick 88
>ever sudjesting this
>be me a couple years ago
>walmart had a sale on guns
>buddy of mine happened to walk in and see sale
>"hey bro, i got a cheeeaaap beater shotgun"
>we go out on his land and shoot our ar-15's
>shoot my winchester and his 870
>he hands me his mavrick
>shoot maybe 50rds of bird threw it
>suddenly
>chamber round
>pull trigger
>sparks fly around the barrel
>sparks come from inside receiver
>pump flys forward
>barrel flops off
>bolt pops out
his gun basically died in my hands. those things are shit, it broke something internally and he ended up just destroying it because it was toast.

also look on armslist man, i keep seeing mossbergs and remingtons up for sale for like 300.
if you just want a cheap blaster, buy one off armslist, just be weary of what load you put in what type of gun.
you go pulling a 2 3/4 1oz slug threw an auto loading bird gun with a choke and awwww shit ninja....
best priced shotgun coming threw.

great advice, thanks goys
Why shouldn't I buy an origin 12?
>>33226327
because its ridiculously priced and if you dont already own a siaga/vepr/benelli youd be wasting your time.
>>33226336
Have a lot of 20 gauge shotguns, but only one 12.
Got enough rifles for now , have only like 5 ish handguns I want.
Plus I want short and long barrels
>>33226336
Also really hate aks and the emperor wants me to purge filthy xeno scum with it.
>>33225548
Are you shooting heavy metal? If not, you don't want a pump for 3 gun.
