Well it was an ammo issue, followed by a lack of cleaning kits followed by the hole in the bolt the cam pin went through was straight so people would reassemble with the bolt backwards. That got fixed on the A1 though.

That was a different anon replying but that yes it was definitely an ammo issue.

The case is fired and did not eject, therefore the bolt was locked. The extractor could not hold and pull out the steel case. The bug had nothing to do with the FTE. In fact there is plenty of room in the barrel lugs and the bolt for a bug to fit.
