It might be close but that looks like the current Zimbabwe pattern.
It was based on the Rhodesian but the colors are layered different and the shapes are not the same. They get the fabric from the Chinese so plenty of it to go around.

Nah these were made by Sprinter as a private purchase loosely based on the official army camo, much like all the random t-shirts you see.
