What is the juggernaut's headgear?

Not a gearfag so I wouldn't know, but it wouldn't surprise me if it was just a made up design, since it's such a small detail.

Its the same sort of ak-chestrig-with-dick-plate-and-random-Molle that some of the TF141 guys wear. Its no doubt based on real gear that the devs bought from an airsoft shop, but the articles themselves dont exist as depicted. I dont even know how you would even attach a groin protector to a chest rig short of sewing it, or why.

I'm surprised that CoD didn't try to milk the fuck outta MTEK's ballistic face shield for shit like the Juggernaut. I know it appears a few times in CoD and the latest Arma3 DLC has NATO troops using an MTEK-lookalike face shield.

No, heat is just one of the issues. It's still heavy and reduces your mobility. A gunner stands in the hatch, he's not sitting on a sofa or something.
