My range bag got stolen. Does /k/ have any recommendations for a new one?

I'm considering getting one from LL Bean.

Pic related is the LL Bean one I'm looking at.

LL Bean? You have more money than sense. Nice bags, but why spend all that just to be a billboard for them?

Also more attractive to thieves; "Hey, look, and LL Bean bag.... I bet there is a bunch of expensive upscale shit in there, let's steal it...".

Go to Home Depot, get a tool bag for a lot less that will do just fine.

That's a nice purse you have their mam

>Buddy we are talking about LL Bean, not Ferragamo.

LL Bean? What, is this /fa/?

Do like everyone else and wait approximately 15 minutes until Midway puts their range bags on sale again.
>>
>>33210243
When they do go on sale again, typically what percentage off do they come up for? I'm seeing 20% now on the one I want and am wondering if i should hold out for better price or not..
>>
>>33208562
That's pretty aesthetic.

Speaking of range bags...what do you guys even put in yours? I just have a cheap rifle bag with a few side pockets with
>mags
>cleaning kit
>some boxes of ammo

What else even would go in one?
>>
>>33208562
Midway USA makes a pretty similar bag

Are MidwayUSA bags actually made in the USA?
>>
>>33210980
In my bag I have:
>electronic earpro
>2-packs of cheap foamies for people that forgot theirs
>shooting glasses (I'm a skeet shooter so mine have interchangeable lenses in a rainbow of colors)
>bleeder/blowout kit
>shooting gloves
>Zeiss lens wipes
>all my choke tubes plus a wrench for them
>3-piece cleaning rod to remove stuck wads or other barrel obstructions
Plus, obviously, whichever ammo I'm shooting that day.

Mine was made in Vietnam.

I have an old Beans range bag. It's great.

It's not much like the one you are looking at but the quality has to be similar.
>>
>>33211408
Ive got a cheap 20 o/u, can i use that for skeet or do you really need a 12gauge?

Are there any range bags made in yhe us or should i just use a backpack?
>>
How did it get stolen? Did you try activating the C4 stashed at the bottom?
>>
>>33208548

blackhawk has 2 good ones, medium & large size

but they may be too macho if you are seriously considering ll-beaner bag

Never had an issue with the one I picked up from Midway.
>>
>>33210963
I actually haven't bought from Midway in a few years. Before that it seemed like they had their range bags on sale every other month.

I used their compact competition range bags for, well, competition shooting. Nothing formal, just local steel target speed shooting competitions.

The last time I bought from Midway was a few years ago. I bought two extra compact competition range bags for future use. They were $30 each in April of 2014.

These are the ones I bought:

I'd rather have a Bean bag than something that's described as having "tactical webbing."

The cool thing about LL Bean is that their stuff is backed by a lifetime warranty. If you don't like it, you can literally just show up to a store or mail it in for a refund/replacement.

I had a pair of their Iron Works boots where the heel's glue wore out and the heel was coming off 3 years after purchasing and they just replaced them without blinking an eye.

You can always get this one so you don't look like you're LARPing Teddy Roosevelt.

I feel bad about replacing my Bean stuff if I got good use out of it and it lasted as long as it reasonably should.

Sounds fun
