Its fun from a kind of James Bond/Jack Reacher perspective, but its also fucking stupid. He can literally do no wrong, most smart, strongest, fastest, biggest dick (serious), best shot. If that's what you're into fine and it is good for a while, but IMO is the sort of thing that gets tired after only a few episodes.

There is one where a lonely woman becomes infatuated with Golgo and starts following him around. Eventually she ends up witnessing him shoot somebody. She swears she won't tell anybody but he kills her anyway. Kinda hard to get attached to a character like that, although I do like that they don't try to make it "he kills people but HE'S ACTUALLY A GOOD PERSON!!!!!" Although he sometimes kills other criminals, the majority of the people he kills are completely innocent. There just isn't much reason to root for him.
