Apparently, on Friday a bunch of benghazi islamist groups now operating south of the oil crescent launched a surprise attack against Ras Lanuf and Es Sider, capturing the most important oil terminals as well as the major Air Base of the LNA (the tobruk-based eastern government)

Everyone though it was just a successfull raid and they shouldnt be able to hold on it, but they were joined by the Petroleum Guards and some sirte-based Misrata units and despite attempts the whole weekend over, they still hold the oil towns.

Now today there were reports that fighting has moved further east towards Brega, while the eastern government has declared a full mobilization.

The attackers wore doctor coats. The attackers are now all dead, after a siege by Afghan security forces. The hospital is near the American embassy and is the biggest military hospital in the capital.

The article available to me only mentions 'multiple attackers'. There was one initial suicide bomber, and other attackers took up positions on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Afghan defense dept spokesman Dawlat Waziri referred to them as 'an unknown number' and also claimed they were all killed. Considering the value of that source, most of the attackers might even have slipped away afterwards.

Quick update on the Kabul ISIS attack. TV news here showed pics of chopper being set down on the hospital roof and also said the attackers were four in total. They ran from room to room shooting patients and staff.
