Question for California gun owners:
I'm a former police officer, and I still have spare 15 round magazines for the Beretta 92F. Am I no longer allowed to have them or take them to the range?
Thanks for your time.

You need to turn in that high capacity assault clip to your local law enforcement immediately, before you have a chance to murder any children with it.

Dude it's too late you're a criminal now.

No one is exempt anymore but ppl won't care just go shoot

Those high capacity assault clipazines are horrible murder weapons. You better turn those in to Fienstien at once.

if they haven't given you shit about it before they don't care anymore.
I wouldn't worry about it.
You're fine. If they try to prosecute you (which they wont) it might end up with a precedent they don't want to deal with.

No danger of prosecution. It's just an infraction if a cop decides to write one up.
Since the chuckle fucks in here Wong be useful I'll be. A lot of the ban states, such as new York I believe, have specific exemptions for police and retired police. Your probably fine, but I'd recommend going to your local areas .gov websites and looking it up there, and if your still unsure about the legality, consult a lawyer.
