It's a mistake.

I'm guessing they had an empty magazine in the glock 20 when they did unloaded weight.

hole in the top of the slide and they remove some material from the inside so its thinner in certain areas. whole point of keeping the slides the same weight is they only design 1 recoil spring

as for why the slides arent the exact same weight between mos and non mos is the cover plate is probably lighter than the real slide and the mos needs to take into account the added weight of the rmr or whatever
