Where do they have ranges set up for permit holders? I honestly thought it was mainly for people on quads.

They dont have ranges set up anywhere, burma range is a unofficial range, it's nothing more then a popular spot to shoot right next to the road, but it is on reading anthracites property and security has shown up before asking for people to show their access permits, you shoot wherever, but obviously exercise caution and safety like shooting anywhere else you would walk inna woods to shoot.

When we shot up to shoot we generally have 10+ guys with us so it can be trick with the organized part.

Also we camp usually right next to or near the firing line.

heres thread where it happened to someone, it happened to me once too and I bit the bullet and got a permit, wasn't worth it to go there once i had the permit since you can go anywhere on the property then.
