Just a generic SxS, most likely of Belgium origin. These were made en masse during the late 1800's into the 1900's.
Should be some proof marks on the receiver, where the barrel lays on top of. Might be some marks on the barrel too.
Keep in mind that many artisans made these during the time, especially in Belgium and Spain, and there's no way to know for the most part who did what.

to give you some other info, in that condition it's worth like 30-40 max. got a lot wrong with that gun but it can be fixed.
