Looks great. I just have a standard 10/22 that came with a ruger optic.

A take down seems like it'd be perfect for something you could throw in your backpack.

Don't let assholes ruin your purchase. Yeah, the take-down is a little more expensive than standard, and mods do add up, but you have a great firearm.

That is the box it came in, but inside was the bag with the rifle "taken down". I guess they just ship the bags/guns in these boxes to the gun stores.

I have a SS 10/22 TD and it is extremely handy.
All my essential shooting gear goes in one small bag. I do recommend aftermarket iron sights though.

Its awesome man. The ergonomics are incredible, as always with magpul. And not to mention it looks amazing. Im just trying to figure out the sling situation. Id rather not have to pay $60+ bucks for a proprietary magpul sling
