I've had one of these for years, except with the light blue reciever. good 22 makes good groups out to 60 yards. extractor claw is crap stamped mild steel, plan on replacing it after a couple thousand rounds. You'll know because it will stop extracting and mis-feeding all the time.

Was thinking about doing it. I'm getting a .22 rifle as my next gun, but I really want a bolt action (either Ruger American or Savage MKII) so I'll hold off
