You can, it's just a lot of paperwork, time, and will cost you about $5-600 in fees. Worth it for rare stuff, or bringing in up to 10 at once (only shipping costs increase; paperwork fee stays the same).

There's a couple of gun stores in Croatia that sometimes have used firearms for sale (bojna.hr comes to mind), but as far as I know most of used firearms are sold on online classifieds, such as njuskalo.hr which is entirely in Croatian as far as I know. I guess the best thing would be to either ask on some forum that specializes in that, or by contacting a store by email and going from there. Good luck bud
