AESTHETIC
The little huntress!
Why wasn't it accepted?
>>33151769
shitty plane >>33151849
>>33151599
Am I going to have to be the one to actually post an aesthetic plane?
>>33152252
>that bulbous monstrosity hanging like a 70 y/o tit
That is most definitely NOT aesthetic.
Here, watch THIS
>>33152166
You're a shitty plane.
>>33152252
Nah.
>>33152279
>Not wanting maximum travel distance
>That weird bulge in-front of the cockpit
Let me hit you with yet another superior aircraft.
>>33152350
That taper up to the rear of the canopy is hideous, tee be haytch.
>>33152371
So is that square canopy.
And am I really the only one who knows a beautiful plane when I see one? Cause I'm still the only one posting good planes.
>>33152437
I'm sorry you find yourself exclusively attracted to the bad guys' planes.
>>33152470
No truer words have ever been spoken.
>>33152145
The Bf 109 had fuselage-mounted landing gear which allowed it to be moved around during maintenance, but also caused a metric fuckton of take-off and landing crashes which is why the requirement changed after that contest
>>33152470
>I'm sorry you find yourself exclusively attracted to the bad guys' planes
Quit projecting yourself onto me. I have done and shall continue to post only the most aesthetic planes.
>>33152680
Mhmm. Sure you will, bud. :>)
>>33152772
Wheraboo please, you're only making yourself look bad.
>>33152772
OUTTA MY WAY PISTON FUCKING SHITS
>>33152793
This guy knows what aesthetic looks like.
>Wheraboos BTFO
>>33152821
>Wehraboos BTFO
I'm just posting good looking machines while waiting for episodes of Berserk to buffer because rural Oregon internet.
>implying deathtubes aren't the most aesthetic planefu
>>33152917
>good looking machine
Are you lying on purpose? Or do you not know any better?
>>33152821
The chief designer of the F-86 was German. How about them apples.
>>33153063
Those apples taste fine considering they were grown using the tears of Germans, Italians and Japanese shot down by superior American aircraft. The German just wanted to be on the winning side for once.
>>33153063
But most, if not all of the components were American or British designed.
>But muh jet engine
I traced the all the way back to the British W.1, 1940.
>Muh swept wings
The Americans and the British were working on swept wing designs of their own as early as the Germans were.
The F86 probably would have turned out very similar had an American or a Brit been heading the project. So quit with your wheraboo bullshit.
(pic related, Northrop N9M flying with other Northrop flying wings)
The other bomber we forgot about
>>33152941
>>33152941
"two turning, two burning, two smoking, two choking, and two more unaccounted for."
Best bomber, hands down.
>>33153119
kek, defeated in WW1, then the Axis get absolutely humiliated in the second war. Who can blame them?
Stirling Short Bomber
Best plane coming through
I love this thread
>What started out as a wheraboo circle jerk got ruined by normal people
>>33152470
>bad guys' planes
But I've always found allied planes to be quite ugly
Fw190 on the other hand..
>>33152544

honestly mate,I'm trying to remember any allied beautiful planes, probably there are, but the one you posted isn't one. (it might be very very effective, but beautiful? WE can both be truthful here ;)
>>33152145
MEIN NIGGA!!!
All planes are created equal.
A bit more modern, but this is the sexiest.
>>33152145
>He 112
but hey you gotta admit THIS is the picture
>>33153660
>>33153732
unf
>>33153803
The F4F isn't the most beautiful but it was sure effective, still the 190 isn't the plane I'd pick for Germany's most beautiful either. I think the Ass-ender is the most beautiful prop.
I've always been very fond of the Stuka, it has the aesthetic of an eagle diving on its prey
Also it howls which is metal as fuck
>>33153991
Its also the only German plane that smiles.
Blohm & Voss BV 141
I know it was a stupid idea that they should feel terrible for even having put into production, but... fuck.
Such wild asymmetry is kinda fascinating.
>>33154121
And yes, even the elevator vs rudder was asymmetrical.
>>33153689
That's a Royal Air Force PR. XIX you faggot
>>33153254
Designed by Edgar Schmud.
A German immigrant.
>>33154199
Which one? The British Engine or the American Plane? Cause I'm more than happy to slap the straws out of your hands.
>>33153516
I would have kept it up with the Deutsche flugzeuge but my folder is nearly dry. Was trying to only post the good high-res stuff.
>>33154570
Different anon here
Schmued was a US citizen in the early thirties already, but adopted a large portion of Messerschmitt's wing design for a high-speed development of the 262 with a higher sweep angle, but that's where the kraut influence ends
>>33152279
That "bulge" was for the receivers of the 13mm MG131s.
>>33153119
You realize that most of the American troops that fought against the Axis were likely German/Italian-American, right?

Oh, the ironing. Ki-43 is the only decent looking plane ever to come out of Nippon.
every kraut bird on this thread
>>33154736
and what the hell does that have to do with anything?
>tfw you're a kraut
>tfw can only bask in the good old days on here while outside my country is getting flooded with kebabs
Please don't deprave me of the joy I experience when posting our old aircraft here amerifriends
>>33154836
That is depressinh. You should kill some politicians, or start a violent political party.
>>33154836
Sorry kraut, I like your planes :)
>>33153854
No, get that ugly frog off this thread.
Anyone else love COIN aircraft
>>33154799
Fuck Olds.
>>33155338
Of course, it makes sense because it's more relatable to us.
>>33154836
I'd like to say something to cheer you up, but realistically someday i might evne be jailed for expressing some.. things, so i'll just say keep it tight mate.
That generation indentidaria or something or nordic resistence, are they trouble to talk to?
Someone has to post it
