No, this is not another "halp, how can I clean my SKS" thread. Its the other way around:
Where can I buy cosmoline? And also how to work with it (liquify etc)? I need it because reasons
>>33148763
I would like to hear said reasons
Did you try googling "buy cosmoline"?
>>33148763
You can buy the shit at Home Depot.
>>33148763
I'm actually curious as to why you'd need to buy cosmoline for non-commercial purposes. Good for you, though!
>>33148763
not to spoon feed you OP, but maybe try looking by another name than cosmoline.
>>33149292
Some women find it attractive, ive heard of people wearing it as cologne, also hoppes 9.
>>33149322
I'm going to try it, the rest of you should too. Thanks Anon!

you can buy cosmoline online under the name cosmoline. I work in a fab shop and we used it on a few projects. To liquefy it you just need to get it hot.

"Boating accident"?
OP here
Thanks for the answers. It's no big thing what I need the Cosmo for. I just got a hold of about two dozen chainsaw chains, lawn mower blades and other garden related stuff.
I live in Rhode Island close to the coast and I have no means to store all those parts in a way that prevents them from getting rusty. So I just wanna cover them all up in cosmo and call it a day.
