Anyone know anything about these? They're regular 1911's are supposed to be decent beaters for the money but is their 10mm worth a shit?

But seriously, their stuff is all built to the same specs, just different calibers
Since 10mm is not worth a shit, no.

But, but, but you can shoot .40 out of it.

then buy a pistol chambered in short&weak in the first place

RIA makes a decent gun. Their QAQC isn't flawless and they've produced more than a few lemons, but their customer service is excellent and you can get a replacement easily.
That being said, why would you want a 10mm 1911 when the Glock 40 exists? Stop wasting your money on special snowflake shit.

Actually the G40 is my most likely other choice, even though I generally can't stand glocks at all, but that one I may make an exception for if I can get my hands on one and still not hate it.
It looks pretty good, 10mm is a fun round, and the gun comes with a warranty. It's $600, just buy it, and if it breaks they'll fix or replace it, and if you don't like it guns hold their resale value pretty well.
I have a Glock 20, and it runs great (like all of my other Glocks). Most 10mm ammo you'll find stocking shelves is 180 grain, and the gun kicks like a 40cal. BUT, when I'm feeling it I load mine with 230 grain bear loads, and it kicks like a damn mule. Lots of fun.
