Are you referring to one of these LBVs? I can see how they are similar, but I'm fairly sure the Chinese copied (at least to an extent) the design.

Because I bought a pic related for $30 on ebay a while back. Biggest complaint the way it hooks up in the back - pull-belt kind of thing, so better than a chinese tie-together, but it doesn't come together tight enough for my skeletal self.

Mag pouches are only single stack.

I've got one just like that, but it's got a ALICE belt equipped to the underside with two canteens, butt pouch, compass and machete holster. ON the left shoulder I've got a elbow flashlight, and I think that's it for now.

Thinking of expanding it though later on.

The bag is an addon I bought though, same with the belt. Buckles and zips in the front, either whichever you choose or both.

To give you my honest opinion, ALICE, LBV (Any kind,) and first stage MOLLE gear make my dick harder then Quartz. PASGT armor included of course... It's just the woodland camo, and all that combined with big Vietnam era or even modern-ish backpacks makes it all mech together nicely.
