Some I can think of right off the bat are the Kriss vector, mp5 or mp5k clones, scorpion evo and other sub guns. Forgot to mention I can fit my SADF chest rig and my mk18 mod 0 clone in there but I'd really like something I don't have to put together.

18 OAL is pretty small. This is my 9mm SBR with a 5.5" barrel and the UCIW stock, which is 1.5" shorter than a standard Carbine stock.

OAL is 19"

Probably. A hose of accurate 9mm coming from a super low recoil compact platform with a can and a light would be pretty much unbeatable.

MP5 with F style stock is 22" (Closer to 21.75" actually)
MP5 with older style sliding stock is shorter at 19" iirc.
Krink is 19.3" folded.

MP5k is a good choice

Are Zeniths the go-to for current production MP5 clones without going straight to HK?
I've been thinking about grabbing one of their A3 clones and sticking a collapsing stock on it.

Not that guy but I've been through enough bags to appreciate a well made one. The GR1 is still wildly inflated as are any bags in that price range. Some of them a very well thought out and very well built there is a lot of brand premium to be paid

hbi CH and trigger springs, gearhead works right side saftey and paddle mag release, shooters element trigger, yetiwurks switchback grip.
i would have ordered the parts from hbi but they were OOS of a lot of stuff so i had to piece it from different places.
a new Ch and safety (if it digs into your hand) alone makes a world of difference. the other parts are just extra gravy on top.
