Looks like polished stainless.

CZ offers two stainless 75s, high polished and matte.

Incorrect. They offer 3. Brushed stainless, matte finish stainless and polished stainless.

Plus they used to also offer a satin nickel finish. But that is discontinued.

Never heard of the brushed variant before, and it's not on their website.

It's nickle plated, friend owns one, beautiful gun

CZ did offer a nickel plated version of the 75B for a few years but since 2012 or so they have only offered stainless (I actually don't know if they are even still offering stainless)

Yes, polished stainless.

The beavertail came out around the same time. When the polished stainless came out it was one of only a few 75b models to have the beavertail and the ambi safety.
