Gives me the vibe that the guy who painted it is the kinda guy who'd wear The Punisher's logo on to his T shirt but then would cry if he got sent to the principals office.

i like it, funny how no one criticizing you has posted anything they've made. then again this is the opposite of a hug box.

It's an attempt at appropriating imagery from violent media and conflating it with right wing sloganeering. If this were put up in crit for a 3rd year painting course I would assume it's an ironic jab at gun owners by a leftist, but since you're asking here I'm just going to assume you're new to painting.

Rather than trying to ape existing "badass" imagery, try actually painting a gun or just a regular person shooting at a range. Approach it as an exercise in teaching yourself perspective, color theory, and how to actually make paint work for you texturally. Don't take this as a suggesting that you should necessarily paint realistically, but do try and teach yourself fundamentals of painting. If you're really interested in the semiotics of guns, that's always something you can revisit.
