Same reason you carry any other gun iwb. It's the fastest access to the gun from a concealed position.

It's cute, and with decent shooting should be enough for resolution of modestly chaotic situations. It's light and small so you'll carry it most of the time, not worrying about it even in high summer in shorts and a T. And if you get a slightly longer barrel for it and add a nano suppressor, it's still tiny, but now quiet-ish enough that you won't draw so much attention while offing some idiot who thinks he's got the drop on your wallet.
