Does homemade count? Because I shot a 3lb piece of lead out of an old galvanized pipe with some old black powder pellets

Molded the lead with a gatorade powder container submerged in water. It actually turned out pretty nice but I couldn't find the chunk of lead

I had the opposite order of experience. I learned shotgun handling on rental O/Us at a range, so the Vepr12 feels like a kitten in terms of recoil.
