Unit 777 would win against Xenos as they'd accidentally kill any humans they came across inhibiting the Xenos ability to procreate. They'd just use HEAT against the Xeno and move on.

Unit 777 would win against the Predator since the Predator would immediately assess they are fucking incompetent and would pass on fighting them.

Finally they'd come up to The Thing and since all Muslims are paranoid they'd just kill each other instinctively without even know The Thing existed as a thread.

Unit 777 wins.

If you're limiting it to things we can actually get you barricade an apartment building, trap the living shit out of it using both technological and old fashioned traps and sit on the tip floor with a .50 Cal machine gun firing explosive/flame rounds.
Xeno gets kaboomed on the first floor from a trip mine, predator tries to dodge the traps but triggers the good old rake with axe blade on the handle. I've never seen the thing, but I assume that by the time it reaches you the .50cal will be enough to finish him off.

Kurt is always great.

SOFs aren't comprised of god like supermen, they're just well informed and always have what they need for the job. Without intel, support staff, and more often than not help from regular soldiers in firefights they're in deep shit.
