Pretty much weather and how much I care about printing. If I'm bowling for instance I take the NAA or the P238. If I'm just going to get groceries I take a Glock. If I'm at college or riding my motorcycle I take the P230. I also have holsters ranging from ankle and pocket to OWB and hybrids.
