Well, the two vessels will close to engagement range, Han always shoots first so the Enterprise will probably lose 90% shields and X amount of redshirts, to which Kirk will want to ram the Falcon or some shit, and while Spock is calling it highly illogical, Scotty will be giving her all shes got captain, Chewie will lose his shit and hit the hyperdrive, Kirk will try and follow the Falcon but cant make the Kessel run in X distance measurement and the entire Enterprise will be destroyed yet magically be rebuilt by the next movie, by that time Han will be in a cantina boasting about taking out a federation ship whilst some dude walks the dinosaur

You forget the hyperdrive won't work until the Enterprise has tried to ram at least 3 times, broken the shield, and caused C3P0 to fall into at least one open access hatch.
