UPDATE: Anon re-watched the youtube assembly video and discovered that he wasn't supposed to loctite the barrel nut to the barrel, but to the handguard.

Be sure to completely clean the threads when you eventually get it off. When you apply the grease putting it back on, tighten it hand tight, then back it all the way off, then repeat twice more to get the grease worked in. On your final tighten get it right with a torque wrench

I doubt you even tightened the barrel but past 35 ft/lbs. Use a torque wrench numbnuts. Its literally almost there you just need to tighten it a little more.
