he was joking (or atleast i think he was). olympic has had, for a long time, a track record of terribleness. the best youll hear from an olympic arms ar owner is "mine worked fine".
as for parts, theres so many to list, try to narrow it down. browse ar15.com picture threads (of which there are many) and find what parts you like. then research.
