I wouldn't consider it likely unless there's some forgotten one's not cut up mlby villagers.

A guy I know went looking for Davis Station by Tan Son Nhut and came back with just pictures of empty jungle and a case of horrible beer.

They're probably all rusted or salvaged for scrap.

I've seen old ones in Hanoi, one in Ho Chi Minh City and one in Da Nang.
All in aviation "museums" basically courtyards. All awesome.
