What is your favorite lesser known or weird gun that you love or like for no real good reason?
>>33056189
Pic related is a Mosin Nagant, before anyone asks. They were used by the militaries of the Russian empire and Soviet Union.
I personally like the SKS. Its a Chinese assault rifle.
>>33056848
how do you hold it?
>>33056865
With your hands.
>>33056878
I know but where
>>33056809
Did the Russians stain it that way so that it would blend into the trees?
>>33056882
Between the magazine and the bayonet.
>>33056893
No idea. Not a whole lot of info is available for these things.
>>33056899
so theres no way without cutting your hand on the knife
This is an AK47, a Russian battle rifle.
>>33056911
An American aircraft engineer designed the AR-15 back in the 50's.
Pic related
This is a rare German pistol called a "Glock." Sadly, not many were made.
>>33056908
1. The blade is too dull for that. Its more for stabbing than cutting.
2. Official military doctrine likely called for it to be extended during combat anyway.
3. You can hold it by the magazine or in between the magazine and the bayonet, as I stated previously.
>>33056934
I still dont see a magazine so I think your talkin out of your ass there buddy
your either lying or you dont really own that gun
>>33056932
Wow I've never seen that before. Looks like a chunk of garbage though.
>>33056946
Oh, you're a troll.
>>33056948
Yeah, I hear they had problems with the thing KBing all the time.
>>33056911

fucken grow a pair bitch
Bet you guys have never seen one of these before. This is a rare example of the little-known 1942 M1 Carbine. A handful of these were made for the Pacific front but they were phased out in favor of the Johnson and Pedersen carbines.

>Plastic pistol
>Kraut-made
No wonder it never caught on. It was probably just another piece of over-engineered overpriced junk.
Russians copied the bazooka during the cold war. Called it a "Rocket Propelled Grenade." Not very many people know about this.
>>33057085
Damn. Looks like a piece of crap.
No wonder the Russkies stuck with the hand-thrown RPG-43 AT grenade instead of that shoulder-fired liability.
>>33057038
Not him and I don't think you are a troll, I know there are people that stupid.
That little boxy, metalic thing is called a magazine, you put bullets in it to make it pew-pew. Your hand is placed before it, so you don'zt make yourself ouchy-ouch on the bayonet, wich is not possible for a shooter with an an Iq above room temperature (in Celsius), so be carefull.
Breaking up the meme answers, this is a 1883 Winchester-Hotchkiss. It fired .45-70 from a five or six round internal magazine and was the first center fire repeating rifle adopted by a major military, in this case US state militias
I present one.
The Martini Henry rifle.
Lever action, breech loader.
I've been bonering hard about these rifles after watching the 1964 Zulu movie.

>Decent rifle, allowed for firing while laying down.
>Competing against lever-guns and other breech-loaders. Sadly it was never too popular.
Some Anon posted this months ago and I've been in love ever since. He even linked a listing for one but I didn't have the money. Pretty sure it's gone now.

Man those things are fuck huge in person, it's honestly what turned me off towards it when I was considering getting one.
Kraut Space Magic Gun

>>33057992
It looks like a US lebel
>>33061180
That's pretty much what it is. The only difference is the magazine is in the buttstock iirc.
>>33062197
It's more likely to be known about on /k/, but pretty obscure in general. The Winchester 1895 was chambered in x54R for the Russians at one point. I'd love one, but not worth what they go for (to me)
