Hey /k/ommandos, been a long time lurker but recently when at outdoor gun range whilst collecting brass I found this strange thing amongst the casings on the ground. Was just hoping you all could help me figure out what it is.

It has a threaded end with a screw piece

This inside has another cylinder that slides in and out.

When inner cylinder slides out it has these numbers?

the inner cylinder doesnt seem to extend out the side with the thread like the one you linked seems to. it does appear to be something of the sort as it is caked with black powder. so some old schooler was fuckin around with a musket?
