Brit fag here. Been looking at this page for a while now and i'm soon to get a firearms license. Just wondering what would be a good first rifle

If you can afford two rifles and britlaws won't fuck you over, I would suggest getting a smaller caliber rifle with the M14 and just firing with that one for a bit.
Though if you can only get one, just get what you like and hope you can handle the kick/don't develop a flinch.

have a friend load snap caps with one live round per magazine and shoot those at the range until you dont give a single fuck
