I think there's really two roads. Cut off NF for everyone under 21 and keep the drinking, or ditch the drinking and keep it 18+.

You would need *BARE MINIMUM* event planner liability, spectator & participant accident medical, firearms liability, byob liquid liability, damage to premises, and an additional insured naming land owner.
