I liked the idea of a thigh wrap or stomach wrap but it prints too much on my person.

Been tossing around the idea of an ankle holster, but I wouldn't really wear it until summer gets here and I ditch my boots.

I carry at 4:30-5:00. I tried appendix carry, but with a g19, I felt it was too large for comfortable movement. It's likely a byproduct of my posture/body type. I have no hips, so I can't keep my pants up around my waist. Instead they gravitate a 2 inches down.

I never guessed how hard comfortable carry would be. Until you have a big hunk of polymer/steel in your pants, you can't really fathom how uncomfortable it's going to be. And now that I've found my comfortable spot for walking, it turns out to be nearly impossible to sit with it, given how low my pants naturally ride. I can only sit in a few types of seats, and I need a backstop to keep the pistol from jutting out at a 45º angle.

I carry my mak right in my pocket. Draw is less than desirable in cargo pants but manageable, everything else is ideal.

Pocket Carry a snub nose .38 mainly, or if I wear a button up shirt, I'll carry my G43 in the 9-10 o clock position with a belly-band holster (2 poor for shoulder holster ;-;), or at a 4 o clock position IWB if my shirt is long enough.

I carry mine at my 11:30 so the grip is front and center. I'm way too /skeleton/ to reasonably AIWB so I offset it on my sigmoid, works well enough but I plan to get a smaller gun for the summer months. Currently it just sticks out too much for a year-round carry piece.

I carry a Glock 23, and soon 32C in a Bianchi 82 retention holster, owb at 4 o'clock. Secured to my waist via a Bianchi B4 belt.

I also have a Sig P230, P238, and NAA that I carry in a IWB hybrid holster at 4:30.

I prefer the Glocks, but sometimes I need to insure I don't print.

Lately I carry my Walther PPQ 4 o'clock IWB or pockey carry an LCP when I'm at work.
Where I work I have to frequently wear a climbing harness so anything on my waist won't work.

I used to appendix my PPK but the more I thought about it the less comfortable I was with appendix carry even with a 13 pound trigger and a manual safety.
IMO besides concealment the only advantage to appendix is rapid drawing when driving and I just don't think its worth the risk would I could just as easily have a loaded gun mounted somewhere in my vehicle.

That picture in the OP is why I don't like beaver tails on a gun. I'm not even half as fat as that guy... okay I'm probably at least half as fat as that guy but the beaver tail on the 320 IWB, any beavertail IWB makes a gun less comfortable than, for example, a Glock. Glocks are surprisingly comfy to carry IWB.
Currently I'm a huge faggot for CZ, which have a mild beaver tail. Even they are more comfy than the 320 I used to have. I don't carry OWB.

As for your 4 o'clock carry, that will put a lot of pressure points on a car seat. Don't be surprised if within a few months of carrying like that your car seats aren't destroyed.
I carry IWB just enough forward so that the handle of my gun isn't rubbing the car seat. It's rear of appendix carry, forward of 3 o'clock.

So I'm not old enough to get my CC license yet and I work in Security and long story short i frequently keep stop people from being their CC guns into the place i work at. Anytime i ask someone if they have a gun on them and if they do they need to take it somewhere else, their immediate reaction is, "Oh dang yeah i forgot i had it."
