I've been out that way once--nice drive and it's pretty remote. I've got more of a preference for Angeles, Burro Canyon, or A Place to Shoot up in Saugus.

Its like 10 minutes from a gas station and there simply isn't anything at the range. I know you can bring all the drinks and cold food you want, and I'd be willing to bet you could bring a little propane grill to make lunch on.

I wish I had my old photo of the range. You get unlimited paper targets (provided by the range) out to 400 yards, and metal gongs out to 1000. Metal roof over your head with less than great range tables, but the RO has no problem with you moving them out of the way to lay down a sniper mat.

No magnetic ammo or shotguns though.
