If I put a dry film lube of fluerocarbon on some of my parts the carbon from smokeless powder wont be able to stick to it right?

The barrel is the only part that will get that hot I'm thinking more like a FCG and internals.
I'm just worried about liquid base lubes going over it if it would fuck it up or just not adhere and having to switch to a grease based lube in addition to it.
