Poor gun selection, relatively small ammo selection (especially hot loads), most of the small amount of guns chambered in 10 can't handle a lot of the hotter loads in any large quantity, recoil can be pretty stout for the hotter loads, leading to slow follow up shots. Those are all that I can think up right now, more might come to me though

I'm a prepper. The more common the round the better. 9mm, 22lr, 223, 308 and a few others.

Anything else will become useless after my own stash runs out whereas those calibers will be extant after SHTF.

Honestly this. I already have 3 calibers (.22lr, 12ga and nugget food) and the idea of getting another two for 9mm and .223 putting the total to 5 is pissing me off.
Then I would probably need a .308, and I do want either a .45 or .357 because lulz. That's putting the total to 7-8 piles of ammos.

I live in Florida and the wildlife around here is pretty tame. In the event that I have to stop a zombie/flaka fueled face eater, I trust my 9mm hsts to perform well. Plus it's easier for follow up shots.
