Don't forget guard. They talk shit on my art if they see something wrong its wrong and they usually give something that could be fixed. I like knowing what people find wrong that can improve on. The biggest difference is i draw my designs fully based around the limitations of production. A lot of people I work for usually don't plan the designs around the production and i end up having to cut thing later, usually leaving a design looking unbalanced or lackluster.

I can't make an accurate judgement unless you use a better camera with a better sensor. Don't you have one lying around? Better camera as in an actual standalone camera as opposed to a cellphone camera...?

16 looks fine, but the "glow effects" around the edges are concerning.

14 is the one I used for the previous comparison you all said is too dark. Any lighter in power and the details start to go away.

The glow occurred on the original patches too but over time my laser got older and the glow went away. That's from glue/sap in the wood burning off.


I didn't even order this 100 watt tube I ordered an 80. They sent me the wrong one but I'm trying to make it work but it's not exactly a good choice for delicate detail work like this

I only posted the chart to illustrate that anything below 14 which is too dark becomes too light to the point lines won't engrave deep enough to see. I immediately regretted it when I realized everyone was going to suggest different power outputs. The results look different in person than they do in that picture as well.

Ehh, I'd say so because CS is beyond oversaturated. Do you actually enjoy it? I've found most people don't. They want to be a programmer but heard software engineering was basically a new age liberal arts degree (it is) so they do CS instead not realizing that CS is preparing them to do actual computer science, not code monkey shit. If you want to program don't go to college. Your github is worth more to employers than any degree. If you want to do computer science you're in the right place. Stick around for a masters at least though. There's also computer engineering which lets you write firmware and design hardware, which is neat if you're gay for computers but want to work more in the real world than in theory. Intel and IBM have some C A S H to throw at you if you're smart.
Economics is... ok. Cushy gov't jobs once you get a few years experience. Don't do finance. Finance is hell. You become a glorified data entry node at a bank with no room for advancement, then become an advisor at a different bank in 10 years. Don't know if this falls under "economics-related" for you but actuarial work is the king for versatility and employability in the field of money books. Shit's all boring as hell as far as I can tell though.

I won't lie its actually an enormously complicated procedure but most of it is on my end.

Every 3 months we are slotted a 15 kilo total for personal in or out post (so 5kg/mo) that's delivered by aircraft, this goes down in the winter (5 kilos for the three coldest months) and ship deliveries are spotty for post, a lot of it tends to get lost. Sellers ship to a special forwarding address in California or Churchill, NZ, and it's shipped to us in “eventually”. I or the sender have to fill out a bunch of forms indicating the posts nature and what it contains. There's literally a packet on what we go through for shipping.

I've only shipped two things, a knife (Benchmade actually did all the work-what bros) and a ten pound box of Nerds Rope.
