What does /k/ think of BB guns as a tool for people who want to get into firearms but arent ready to blow 900 dollars on purchasing one yet? OR live in states with restritive gun laws and want to own a non-cucked AR replica until they can move to a free state
>What does /k/ think
Grow a pair and buy what you want

Ammo is dirty cheap and can take out most small game depending on what you're using.
>>32946647
>BB guns
toys
>>32946647
I think they should just get a gun, or move out of state. Also go make topic on the right board, you stupid faggot.
quite fun, i've got myself a 1911 commander bb gun, so far i've shot out a car window, which i later shot as a target for real bullets
BB guns are completely useless
Airsoft guns are completely useless
Pellet guns have a huge sporting following, especially in Europe, and are an excellent way to get into shooting. But you don't want to get "replica" guns and quality-for-quality they can be just as expensive as firearms.
Britbong here, BB guns are typically classed as toys, Airsoft guns air more classed as hobby sports equipment. Believe me if I could get a real gun I would. But obviously I cant. That being said, airsoft/airsofting is a different entity from shooting. its a way to come together and have fun mostly. You cant run around ith real guns shooting at eatchother so its alot different. I shoot .22 alot at a freind "ranch" and even have a few brek action shotties on my premisise. I think airsoft is a good way to have fun while being as realisticly able as possible

Well I plan on buying a pistol, but I refuse to purchase a cali-cucked rifle until I move out of this state in a year so I own high velocity pellet guns
>>32946937
BB guns are pellet guns....

Can't tell if trolling

You'd be far better served with a 22cal pellet rifle and cheap spinner targets. They're a lot more powerful, a lot more accurate, and a lot more fun than bb guns.
There's a lot cheaper break barrel guns than what I have.

Agreed, I report them and they often get their /b/ tier image deleted.
>>32946647
I guess they're fun shooting in the backyard with your 10 year old nephews.... but they're nothing like real funs
You'd be better off buying something used
>>32948160
That's why you get a pellet rifle instead.

Dude just buy a 10/22, they're Cali legal

This is /k/, a board populated by adults, except for you and a few others.

A BB gun shoots a BB
A pellet gun shoots a pellet
These are not the same thing and rarely can one shoot the other without modification.
Gamo Wisper .22 owner here, i cannot count how many ground squirles i have eliminated with this thing. When there's anything bigger then a (tree) squirel around my guarden I get the 12g or mosin, though. Lead 700fps 22's do little more then piss off raccoons.
>>32948250
Must amend that, they do little damage if you dont dome them. However im generally too close range to actually use my scope so i basicly point shoot it like a shotgun. Hard to hit eyes like that. I have good luck hitting standing Chipmonks, though.

you're not doing a very good job of convincing me you're over 14
If for no other reason than they are a really fun way to kill some time without fear of destorying anything get a Daisy and a carton of copperheads and plink away in your basement, in the garage, in the backyard, or even down the hallway.
>>32948411
Those daisy guns are a lot of fun.
>>32946647
Why am I such a sucker for redheads?
>>32948277
coons have thick skulls, shoot right behind the skull, up the ass, go for the heart or punch through their eyes
>>32948250
Well I have a cross-man m4 .177, It shoots both and does what i need it to, backyard plinking

Because you have good taste.

A Dangerous toy for children you trust enough to use safety gear without being told to, but not enough to be left alone with a ruger and a tub of 22.

they look good, but they are FUCKING CRAZY, and not in the good "crazy sexy" kind of way either
