Get yourselves a good 10/22 and a drum mag if you really want more firepower.

A cousin of mine has one of those, great little toy.
I don't shoot 22lr too much any more, but here they are. Ammo is too expensive, not enough fun per dollar with the rifle. The pistol is more fun though so I still use it a bit.

or maybe get a long gun that's made with grown men in mind?

>impyling these things aren't literally toys made simply for aesthetics.
I say that as a guy who used to own a GSG-5 (MP5 .22 clone).
>>
>>32946221
M&p 15 22 isnt a bad gun, all the features on a real ar and reliable as any 10/22 ive used
>>
>>32946279
I'm not saying they're bad, a lot of these guns are fine guns (the GSG I had never jammed and I rarely cleaned it). I'm just saying that they're novelties if you want a .22 for SHTF use. You're much more likely to find interchangeable parts for a Ruger 10/22 as opposed to one of these tacticool looking .22s that really don't serve much of a purpose other than to be range toys.
With that said, don't get me wrong, I like these types of guns, they just lack practicability.

That's enough for me to want one. My whole collection is based on aesthetics that please my eyes.
>>
>>32946353
Fair enough, if that's what you like go for it. I might have came off as a condescending cunt. For that, I apologize.

Appleseed Project banned these from their events because they were shooting out of battery.

I didn't think so.

>on .22s
I currently have a browning urx, but I just put a AAC Element 2 into NFA jail. I don't think I am going to bother fucking with having that bull barrel threaded. Just going to buy a new .22 pistol. Does anyone have a tacsol paclite? Expensive, but something about 200 dollar tax stamps, living trusts, and year long waits makes the pistol expense not seem like a big deal. Ruger had that new ultra light, but I hate the colors and the weird ported barrel sleeve. Ew

Tac sol paclite?

Judging by the screws, it's a 10/22 in an airsoft shell.

I don't agree with you entirely.
But it's not all that much fun per shot, and drops like a damn rock like a pistol caliber.
It's low speed gives gravity way too much time to work on it, even at 100 yards, and especially if you get out closer to 200. I can't hit shit at 300.
