I just started a machine shop job and I wanted a few projects. I'd like to make an oil filter adapter for an AK. Can someone link me to a schematic please.

1/2-28 to 3/4-16 I literally just googled it bud information like that isn't illegal to post but it's illegal to use it for firearms without getting a stamp for it and you're looking at some serious jail time. ebay has them for like 4 bucks why bother making it.
>ITT: idiots who think they know what an ATF thread looks like.
1. Oil filter adapters are completely legal as long as you don't shoot through the filter.
2. There is nothing illegal about sharing schematics.
Sorry OP, I can't help you with an oil filter adapter but here's a can opener instead.
You shouldn't need to filter the oil on your AK if you use synthetic, it's good for 10,000 miles, which is a lot longer than you're likely to carry it on foot.

People are never going to learn this is non functional with any AR that's not an SP1, right?
WANT TO INVESTIGATE SOMETHING?
INVESTIGATE THIS
>>32944028
In what way? A modern civvie style AR-15 bcg has the rear bit in more or less the same place, and an M-16 style one can be milled back. I can't imagine how the other main difference in SP1 carriers, the area around the back of the firing pin, would cause any issue.
Modern AR-15s have a little protrusion over the fire selector, but that's clearly present in one of those pictures, and if it did in fact interfere with the operation of the bottle opener, you could mill it away.

....You realize that if you are working at a machine shop you should understand how to make a counter thread, a sleeve with internal and external threading?
Instead...this...this is what you do.
You dont sit down and try to make your own 1911. You seek the literal shitpost of the gunsmithing world.
SHAME.
>>32942596
Actually it's lefty-tighty, righty-loosey on an AK. Because commies.

Also on some HK pistols.
