I'm gonna be nice and say you've got unlimited ammo. Not a magazine of infinite size - you'll have to store your hoards of ammo somewhere and regularly return to that place or be able to transport that ammo in order to reload your magazines/clips etc.

So if you already own a truck or something then great. You can carry a lot more ammo on you. But you're still gonna have to have breaks to top up your mags, and that shit is time consuming.

BTW you've got 24 hours to prepare. They're coming.

Maybe a few hundred, depending on the situation.

I've got a pretty extensive collection, but I'd probably stick to my AR15, Ithaca 37 and my Glock 23. I think I could start taking targets at like... maybe 800 yards, with less and less volume necessary as they close in, switching between weapons as necessary. No way I'd be able to outrun the horses, but I could definitely shoot the horse out from under somebody at a pretty long range.

I guess it depends on the terrain, if something hampers their mobility there are some conceivable scenarios where I get over 1000, but it's unlikely
