They are not equal. ST6 aka DEVGRU recruits seasoned operators from the other teams. Only Team 6 is tier 1, others are below.

I always find it funny how Delta dudes appear differently than Seals in terms of gear. Seals are always super squared away, tight uniforms... whereas Deltas appear to wear shit two sizes too big, very clunky looking.
