Actually nuclear weapons are commercially available.

The dispersal, absorption method, and lethality of mustard gas can't compare to what nerve agents can do. You can piss on a rag and use it as a makeshift gas mask for mustard gas, any of the nerve agents is readily absorbed through the skin, so you're in for a bad time if you don't have NBC gear.

Anything that could even remotely be turned into the main necessary precursor for sarin gas, even with a well equipped chemistry lab, is so fuckin' controlled you have no idea. You're moving the goalposts from schedule 1 to the difficulty of getting schedule 3 and I already said it's possible to make that with a widely avalible precursor of white phosphorus and chlorine.
